Each digital SIM card has usage limits, expiration dates, and location restrictions. Check the details before buying. We can deactivate SIM cards when they expire or are misused.

We accept credit and debit cards through secure processors. You must provide valid payment information. We don’t accept cryptocurrency. 

7.2 Pricing and Currency

  • Digital SIM cards already activated or used 

8.4 Accidental Purchases 

Refunds for accidental purchases are only available if you haven’t activated the digital SIM card.

8.6 Third-Party Purchases 

If you bought through another company, contact them for refunds.

Gift cards have expiration dates and special terms. They cannot be transferred, refunded (except as above), or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
